Outline of Lecture Course This course aims to explore practical issues of management from organizational studies point of view. Actual cases will be reviewed to understand how organizations try to manage complexity in both internal and external environments. Present theories of organization will be also introduced to know fundamental ways organizations operate. Students are expected to join group work sessions to develop the analytical skills articulating own original ideas to solve current issues in respective case study.

Prerequisites It would be ideal that students already took ‘Introductory Practical Management I’.
